La conexi\u00f3n con la naturaleza<\/strong> puede ser una actividad indicada para ti.<\/p>\n<p>La evidencia sugiere que pasar tiempo en entornos naturales se asocia con menos estr\u00e9s, menor ansiedad y mejor estado de \u00e1nimo. No necesitas viajar lejos, ya que los entornos urbanos ofrecen oportunidades: una plaza cercana, el patio de tu universidad, un cerro o la playa pueden convertirse en espacios terap\u00e9uticos que fortalecen tu salud mental.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][toggles style=&#8221;minimal&#8221;][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;default&#8221; heading_tag_functionality=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la conexi\u00f3n sensorial con la naturaleza?&#8221;][vc_column_text text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]La conexi\u00f3n con la naturaleza es una pr\u00e1ctica de atenci\u00f3n plena que invita a activar conscientemente los sentidos para vincularse con el ambiente natural cercano, puedes hacerlo en entornos como plazas, jardines o patios universitarios. Esta experiencia se asocia con bienestar emocional y puede realizarse en tiempos cortos y accesibles durante la rutina acad\u00e9mica.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica (Bettmann et al., 2024) se han identificado m\u00faltiples beneficios de la exposici\u00f3n consciente y regular a espacios naturales, por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad:<\/strong> El contacto con la naturaleza se asocia con estados de calma y relajaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mejora del estado de \u00e1nimo:<\/strong> Las experiencias en entornos naturales muchas veces generan emociones positivas y sensaciones de vitalidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mayor capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Pasar un tiempo en la naturaleza puede favorecer tu atenci\u00f3n a corto plazo, especialmente cuando la pausa te ayuda a relajarte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;default&#8221; heading_tag_functionality=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Ejercicios pr\u00e1cticos para conectar con la naturaleza&#8221;][vc_column_text text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]Estas pr\u00e1cticas pueden realizarse en espacios cotidianos y cercanos, favoreciendo pausas breves que alivian la carga de la jornada universitaria.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Meditaci\u00f3n en espacios naturales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Encuentra un lugar tranquilo en un patio, parque, plaza u otro lugar que te acomode. Si\u00e9ntate o t\u00fambate boca arriba, cierra los ojos y enf\u00f3cate en tu respiraci\u00f3n durante 5 a 10 minutos. Intenta no distraerte y conc\u00e9ntrate de manera tranquila y natural en tu respiraci\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s, abre los ojos y observa el entorno con atenci\u00f3n plena, notando colores, formas y movimientos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Respiraci\u00f3n consciente 4-4-4<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Practica la respiraci\u00f3n profunda mientras est\u00e1s en la naturaleza. Para hacer esto, inhala lentamente contando hasta cuatro, mant\u00e9n el aire por cuatro segundos y exhala en cuatro segundos. Esta t\u00e9cnica combina los beneficios de la respiraci\u00f3n consciente con los efectos calmantes del entorno natural.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Observaci\u00f3n de vida silvestre<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dedica tiempo a observar las aves y otros animales en tu entorno urbano. Esta actividad desarrolla tu capacidad de atenci\u00f3n y te conecta con los ciclos naturales que ocurren a tu alrededor. Hazlo de forma consciente, con tranquilidad, permitiendo ver c\u00f3mo la vida silvestre se expresa con naturalidad y a su propio ritmo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contemplaci\u00f3n del cielo o el mar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Busca un espacio abierto y dedica unos minutos a observar de forma consciente el cielo o el mar, ya sea de d\u00eda o de noche. Puedes ayudarte notando los cambios en las nubes, las olas, los colores del atardecer o las estrellas visibles.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conexi\u00f3n sensorial con elementos naturales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Activa conscientemente tus cinco sentidos en la naturaleza. Toca las texturas de hojas y cortezas de \u00e1rboles, o siente la arena en la playa, escucha el canto de los p\u00e1jaros, percibe los aromas de las flores y plantas, observa los detalles del entorno en que te encuentras con toda tu atenci\u00f3n. Este ejercicio te ancla en el presente y reduce la ansiedad.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ba\u00f1o de bosque (shinrin-yoku)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Realiza una caminata lenta y silenciosa de 10\u201320 minutos en un \u00e1rea arbolada o parque, enfoc\u00e1ndote en respirar con calma, sentir el contacto con el suelo, tocar cortezas con respeto y alternar momentos de observar, oler y escuchar sin objetivos de rendimiento.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;default&#8221; heading_tag_functionality=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Incorpora la naturaleza en tu rutina universitaria&#8221;][vc_column_text text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comienza con pasos peque\u00f1os y sostenibles<\/strong>: Puedes dedicar 10 minutos diarios a caminar por un \u00e1rea verde antes de clases o durante los descansos. El aumento del tiempo en espacios verdes se asoci\u00f3 con menores niveles de estr\u00e9s, incluso durante per\u00edodos de crisis como la pandemia (Patwary et al., 2024).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Establece un compromiso semanal<\/strong>: Puedes comprometerte a realizar al menos una actividad de conexi\u00f3n con la naturaleza. La naturaleza puede convertirse en tu refugio para recuperar el equilibrio emocional. Aprovecha el poder de estos peque\u00f1os momentos de conexi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Registra tu experiencia<\/strong>: Llevar un registro de tus experiencias en la naturaleza, incluyendo c\u00f3mo te sientes, te puede ayudar a identificar qu\u00e9 sirve para ti y en qu\u00e9 momentos. Puedes anotar c\u00f3mo te sent\u00edas antes y despu\u00e9s de cada pr\u00e1ctica, qu\u00e9 observaste y qu\u00e9 emociones experimentaste. Este seguimiento personal fortalece tu compromiso y te permite ajustar las actividades seg\u00fan tus necesidades. Puedes utilizar el registro del estado de \u00e1nimo que se encuentra en tu perfil para hacer este registro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Considera autocuidado b\u00e1sico<\/strong>: Hidrataci\u00f3n, bloqueador solar, revisar clima, evitar zonas aisladas de noche y respetar flora y fauna, especialmente en rutas nuevas o poco conocidas.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221;
